Annual AGM and Social Evening
The AGM this year will be on Wednesday, March 4th at Bar 125, (formerly the
Gatehouse), by Monnow Bridge, Monmouth. The Meeting will start at 7pm.
As in previous years the meeting should be fairly short and will be followed
by a meal and a chance to chat, discuss the next visit of the Carbonnais in
May 2027 and fundraising ideas.
We are always keen to welcome new members so please invite any of your friends who are interested in the Town Twinning to find out more by joining us on March 4th. They can book using the link below
and join free for 2026.
BAR 125 will be providing the food. Cawl, bread and Welsh cheese.
There will be a vegetarian option and a bar available.
Attendance at the AGM is free. The meal is £20 per person and
needs to be booked and paid for by February 18th.
Please email the Treasurer when you book to let her know if a
vegetarian option is needed. All you need to do to book is
send the money to the twinning account or cash or cheque to
Jane Harvey.
